ERVE hosts a number of events throughout the year. Some are open to the public and some are only available to our ERVE residents and property owners.

  • Annual Garage Sale. Open to all

  • Home Tours, as part of Modernism Week. Open to all with tickets

  • Quarterly Neighborhood Meeting. Open to residents and property owners only

  • Annual General Meeting. Open to residents and property owners only
